Refund Policy

Nature of Services

Rising High provides professional coaching, consulting, and knowledge-based services. These are time and expertise-based, not outcome-based or performance-guaranteed services.

No Refunds After Service Commencement

Refunds are not applicable once any part of the service has begun. This includes:

  • Any completed session
  • Audits or reviews shared
  • Strategy calls
  • Personalized guidance
  • Feedback on content or documents
  • Keyword research
  • Personal branding narratives
  • LinkedIn optimization documents
  • Resume reviews
  • WhatsApp or email guidance

Once delivery begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Eligibility (Only Before Start)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No sessions have been conducted,
  • No reviews or audits have begun,
  • No personalized work has been delivered.

After any part of the service is consumed, the program becomes non-refundable.

Scope of Work is Fixed

Each service has a clearly defined scope. Any additional support (extra sessions, resume guidance, extended calls, messaging support) provided voluntarily does not change the scope and is not a basis for refunds or compensation.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Attending sessions on time
  • Completing assignments
  • Sharing accurate information
  • Actively participating in the process

Delays, lack of participation, or absence from the client side do not qualify for refunds, extensions, or compensation.

Change of Mind or Perceived “Lack of Fit”

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Change in personal circumstances
  • Feeling the service “does not serve me” after sessions have been consumed
  • Lack of personal implementation or follow-through
  • Requests for additional deliverables beyond scope

Goodwill Work

Any extra support offered voluntarily (e.g., resume support, additional calls) is purely discretionary.
Goodwill support cannot be considered part of the paid program and cannot be used to demand refunds.

Completion & Validity

All services must be utilized within the specified program duration. Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted only at Rising High’s discretion. Unused sessions do not qualify for refunds or carryover.

Termination by Rising High

Rising High reserves the right to discontinue engagement in cases of:

Disrespectful communication

  • Misuse of goodwill
  • Boundary violations
  • Unrealistic demands
  • Misalignment or breach of terms

No refunds will be issued for work already delivered.

Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any Rising High program, the client acknowledges, understands, and accepts this Refund Policy in full.
