FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions you probably have
Do I need prior TA experience to join?
No. The program is designed for anyone from 0 to 5+ years in TA, HR, or people operations. We start from foundations and build up — so whether you're new or experienced, you'll find depth at every level.
When does the program start?
The cohort starts Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10 AM IST. Sessions run every Saturday for 10 weeks, 10 AM to 12:30 PM IST. Enrollment closes April 14.
What happens on the discovery call?
It's a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch. Jyothi will ask about your current role, goals, and challenges. If the program is a fit, you'll hear the full details. If it's not the right time, she'll tell you honestly.
What if I miss a Saturday session?
All sessions are recorded. You'll have lifetime access to recordings so you can revisit any module at your own pace.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Flexible EMI payment options are available and discussed on the discovery call. We want to make this accessible to the right people, regardless of financial timing.
How is this different from other TA courses online?
Most online courses teach process. We teach judgment. Our mentors have made 500+ real hiring decisions at Microsoft and Amazon — they know what breaks down in practice, and they teach you how to handle it.
Who is Jyothi Gopalan?
Jyothi is the founder of Rising High and program lead — a TA professional with experience at Microsoft and Amazon, and the architect of the Rising High curriculum. She leads every cohort personally.
