At Microsoft and beyond, I’ve led large-scale recruitment initiatives, built high-performing teams, and pioneered AI-driven hiring solutions to connect top talent with world-class opportunities.

Now, as the Founder of Rising High Foundation, I’m on a mission to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. I help students, professionals, and
emerging leaders unlock their full potential—equipping them with the skills, strategies, and mindset to thrive in today’s job market. Through mentorship, career coaching, and structured training programs, I turn career roadblocks into stepping stones for growth.

Senior Software Engineer, Microsoft, Redmond

Currently Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft with over six years of experience and a BITS Pilani graduate, I’ve had the opportunity to work with technologies like C#, C++, and Azure.Beyond my technical work, my greatest passion lies in sharing knowledge and empowering others. I’ve been fortunate to have amazing mentors throughout my career, and I’m dedicated to passing that guidance along. Whether it’s mentoring interns, helping full-time employees grow, or assisting individuals trying to enter the industry, I find immense fulfillment in supporting others, helping them build their skills, and watching them succeed.
